My Story
At the age of 43, I jetted off to Bali for a yoga teacher training, which might sound like a typical quest for purpose among Western women in midlife. However, I actually found it!
Transitioning from a career in digital advertising to becoming a globe-trotting yoga teacher, all while building a thriving six-figure online business, eventually led me to my new home in Mallorca, Spain.
The secret to my success? There was no fallback plan. I had to make this work because I simply couldn't bear the thought of spending one more day trapped in a conference room, enduring another PowerPoint presentation.
Now, my mission is to help you do the same. I want to empower you to package your yoga expertise into digital offers, build automated sales systems, and create your unique legacy - no matter your age.
When I'm not helping yoga teachers build their online empires, I'm absolutely obsessed with my little terrier, Luna. I'm an avid traveler and hiker, and my happiest days are when I can lounge around in yoga pants from dawn to dusk.
