I’ve always loved figuring things out myself, but I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for the tips, advice and strategies I’ve learned from these online business experts. I consistently read their blog posts, listen to their podcasts or bought their online courses, and I couldn’t recommend them more.
If you’re ready to up your game and learn how to build a successful online business, check out my eight favorite online business experts whom I think you should follow online. Because we all can benefit from some extra inspiration and motivation, right?
Amy Porterfield
I’ve learned everything I know about online courses, webinars and how to organize my business from Amy Porterfield and I can truly say she changed my life. Amy is one of the top entrepreneurs out there, making $$$ with her online courses. She’s also generously sharing her wisdom and advice in her weekly podcast.
James Wedmore
James Wedmore has been a successful entrepreneur for a long time and he definitely know’s what he’s talking about. What I especially love about him is the way he infuses the strategies he shares with advice about mindset and what he calls woowoo tips. It’s all about mastering your inner game and I’m realizing more and more how much I still have to learn about this, so right now I’m binging on his podcast, which is sooo good!
Jenna Kutcher
I heard about Jenna for the first time when one of her Instagram posts went viral and she was all over the news. And then I fell in love with her website! But there’s so much more to her. Jenna is a photographer who became an online educator and serious entrepreneur, and she’s also an influencer talking about body positivity and sharing her family life. She has so much wisdom and advice to share, listening to her podcast is a must for every wanna-be entrepreneur.

Mariah Coz
When it comes to telling it like it is, there’s no one who does it quite like Mariah Coz. I love her no-nonsense approach and obviously she’s great teaching others – she’s always sharing amazing success stories. I learned a lot from her blog, podcast and webinars and I think she’s amazing.
Marie Forleo
Marie Forleo is best known for her signature program, B-School. I’ve joined B-School in 2018 and I would recommend it to any entrepreneur. I admire Marie’s uplifting, inspiring approach and the high quality of everything she puts out. Marie’s the real deal.
Megan Minns
I discovered Megan when she was working with Mariah Coz. Megan is focused on teaching how to organize your business and how to achieve less while working less. She just started working fulltime for herself and I love following her journey. She’s so smart and strategic in what she’s doing and she’s sharing great tips how to be more productive in her podcasts.

Rick Mulready
I discovered Rick Mulready through Amy Porterfield and he’s been “that Facebook guy” for me until I started listening to his podcast. Rick knows a lot about Facebook ads, but there’s so much more to him and his podcast is one of my favorite show these days.
Stu McLaren
Stu McLaren is best known for Tribe, his course on running a membership. I joined Tribe in 2019 (after trying to figure out how to grow a membership by myself, not very successfully), and I totally fell in love with how he shares his wisdom and expertise in such a positive, uplifting and inspiring way. Joining Tribe and learning from Stu made a big difference in my business. If you’re interested in running a membership program, check out Stu McLaren.
