Gimme that

In today’s fast-paced world of online business, overwhelm can creep in even when things seem to be going well on the surface. I’m not talking about a hectic day or a particularly busy week, but something more persistent—a quiet pressure that builds over time and eventually reshapes how you experience your business and daily life.

Today, I want to share how overwhelm has been showing up for me, how I’ve been working through it, and how building a strategic system in my business surprisingly helped me feel more calm, grounded, and supported.

Recognizing the Signs of Overwhelm

Here’s how overwhelm shows up in my life lately.

I prioritize my well-being. I live in one of the most gorgeous places on this planet, Mallorca in Spain, in a small town with no traffic noise—it’s quiet, beautiful, and nurtures my soul deeply. I meditate every morning and take long walks daily with my dog. I’ve created an intentionally spacious business without many calls or strict deadlines.

But even with all of that, I still notice those moments where overwhelm appears.

For me, it often manifests through dreams. I have this recurring one where I’m packing for a trip, and I just can’t get it done. I’m supposed to leave soon, but I keep forgetting things. I move from room to room, searching, organizing, repacking, and I never quite feel ready. It’s always rushed, always incomplete.

When I wake up from that dream, I feel like I’ve been working all night. I feel behind before the day even begins. That’s usually my sign that I’ve taken on too much mentally—even if, on the surface, things look organized and in flow.

The Pressure We Don’t Often Discuss

One thing I’ve realized is how rarely we talk about this kind of experience in the online business world.

There’s this ongoing message that you have to be consistently producing—whether that’s content, offers, ideas, or income. Even when you enjoy what you do, it can start to feel overwhelming.

For a while, I told myself this was just part of building a business—being constantly available and active. And yes, sometimes you do have to hustle. Sometimes those extra hours are necessary to create your course, record trainings, or launch a new offering.

But how we move through those seasons matters. We can choose to take it one thing at a time, instead of letting the pressure of everything overwhelm us before we even begin. That shift—from chaotic urgency to calm focus—makes a huge difference.

Deep down, I knew that constantly operating in that state of push wasn’t something I could—or wanted to—sustain forever. I needed a different rhythm, one that allowed for both growth and space.

The Strategic Shift That Changed Everything

A few months ago, I made a clear decision: I was going to go all in on building an evergreen sales funnel for a low-ticket offer.

This wasn’t coming from burnout—it was strategic. I wanted more consistency and a structure that could support my bigger programs without needing me to launch all the time or be present every single day.

So I created the offer, wrote the emails, and built the funnel with focus and intention. I wanted it to work and to feel aligned with my values and teaching approach.

And it did work. Sales started coming in. My ads performed well, and suddenly, people from all over the world were finding their way into my world in a steady, predictable way. Amazing people are joining my programs, reaching out with questions, and connecting with my work. Inside my Blissful Biz community on Skool, where I host all my programs, things are really coming to life with over 200 members now, deeper conversations, positive energy, and growing momentum every day.

The Unexpected Gift of Space

What I didn’t expect was how this system would make me feel.

There was a shift—a kind of lightness I hadn’t felt in a while. Not just because sales were happening, but because I wasn’t the one pushing every day to make them happen.

I wasn’t constantly thinking about what I needed to do next or whether I was doing enough. I could step away without feeling like something might fall through the cracks. And by the end of the day, I still had energy left—not because I was doing less, but because I wasn’t carrying so much mental weight.

That constant sense of urgency began to fade. Instead of rushing through my day feeling like I needed to catch up, there was a new sense of steadiness.

The funnel isn’t just helping me generate sales. It’s giving me something much more valuable—stability. A sense that my business is being held, even when I’m not actively managing every part of it. It helped calm my nervous system and allowed me to feel more in control, more focused, and more present with my work.

Three Areas to Explore If You’re Feeling Overwhelmed

If things have been feeling heavier than usual—even if you can’t quite explain why—you’re not alone. That low-level pressure so many of us live with is real, and it adds up over time.

When I’m in that place, I find it’s usually not about one specific task or project. It’s the cumulative weight of decisions, distractions, and expectations. When it’s all sitting on your shoulders, even the smallest thing can feel like too much.

Instead of giving you a big list of things to do, here are three areas to explore deeply:

1. Notice where you’re trying to keep up

Maybe you’re in a group program or following a launch plan or watching what others are doing online—and you feel like you’re always behind. That kind of thinking keeps your nervous system in a constant state of tension. You might not even realize how much it’s affecting you until you let go of the pressure to catch up. What if where you are right now is enough to move forward?

2. Examine the noise you’re letting in

That could mean notifications, content overload, or just constantly consuming instead of creating. What would change if you gave yourself more boundaries around your time and attention? For me, turning off all non-essential notifications and setting clear hours for email and social media helped more than I expected.

3. Question where your stability comes from

If all your income depends on showing up live or doing launches, that pressure will never fully go away. This is where the funnel came in for me—not as a fancy marketing tactic, but as a simple system that could work in the background. Something that held the business steady so I didn’t have to hold it all myself.

Overwhelm doesn’t disappear overnight. But when you start addressing it at the root—through simplifying, creating boundaries, and building systems that support you—you create space. Space to breathe, think clearly, and reconnect with why you started your business in the first place.

I encourage you to look at one area of your business or life where you could create just a little more calm. One area you could simplify. One thing you could let go of. Then ask: what would support actually feel like right now?

You deserve to feel supported—in your business, your daily routines, and in the way you grow.

Ready to Build Your Own Support System?

On April 24th, I’m teaching a live masterclass called “How I Built a Sales Engine That Sells My Online Courses Every Day.” I’ll walk you through exactly how I created my evergreen funnel, how it supports my signature offer, and how it’s helped me create a more stable and spacious business.

This isn’t about adding more to your plate—it’s about building a foundation that supports your work behind the scenes, so you don’t have to be constantly launching or always be online to make sales.

The masterclass is completely free, and it’s happening live on Wednesday, April 24th. If you’re feeling stretched thin or ready for more consistency, this will give you a clear path forward.
