Instead of spreading yourself thin, you can focus on building one clear, transformational program, ideally priced at $1,000 to $1,500. If you enroll just 67 students over 24 months at $1,500, that’s over $100,000.
That’s about three students per month.
And yes, this works even with a small audience.
If your core offer is priced under $500, reaching six figures becomes much harder unless you have a big following or a high-volume funnel. That’s why I recommend building a premium offer from the start—or repackaging your expertise into one.
It’s more work upfront, but it’s so worth it.
When I launched my first $1,000 program, I got two sales. Then seven. Then fourteen. Then thirty. Then I put it on evergreen and sold over 100 spots in the years that followed.
That program changed everything for me.
Step 1: Craft Your Signature Program
This is the foundation.
Your signature program should offer a clear transformation, not just a collection of yoga videos or coaching calls. Inside Blissful Biz Academy, I teach a framework called the Blissful Biz Irresistible Offer Framework to help you map out a premium offer that truly resonates.
If you’re a yoga teacher, for example, you might create a 12-week program helping women in perimenopause build a sustainable home yoga practice to support their hormones and nervous system.

Step 2: Launch It Live
You start by running a live masterclass on Zoom, inviting people to join your program at the end.
Maybe five people sign up. That’s $7,500 in revenue.
Even more important? You now have proof that your offer works. You get real feedback, and you start building real confidence and momentum.
That first launch might feel small, but it lays the groundwork for everything else.
Step 3: Set Up Your Evergreen Funnel
Next, you turn your live training into an automated funnel.
This means:
- People sign up for a recorded version of your masterclass anytime
- They get an automated email sequence inviting them to join your program
- You’re no longer starting from zero every month. Maybe the first month, you make one sale. Then two. Then three.
- Progress builds.
And now you have a system working for you in the background—giving you space to focus on content, connection, or even just rest.
Step 4: Add a Low-Ticket Offer to Fuel Growth
To reach more people and grow your email list, you add a low-ticket product—like a $37 workshop or mini-course.
You run Facebook or Instagram ads to your low-ticket offer. The goal? Not big profits right away, but to offset your ad costs and build your list.
Here’s the magic: if just 5% of your low-ticket buyers upgrade to your $1,500 signature offer, your growth accelerates.
For example:
100 people buy your $37 offer = $3,700
5 of them upgrade to your premium program = $7,500
That’s $11,200 in total revenue—and a steady stream of aligned new leads.
Step 5: Relaunch Live to Boost Sales
Even with a strong evergreen funnel, many people won’t buy the first time they see your offer.
That’s why I recommend doing a live launch once or twice a year. It gives you the chance to:
- Show up in a bigger way
- Build excitement and urgency
- Reconnect with your audience
It also reminds people who already saw your offer why it matters. Some of your best students will come from a second or third touchpoint.
And yes, live launches can be fun! They’re your moment to shine, share your story, and build real connection.
