I'm Susanne!

hey there

“Help, nobody’s buying anymore.”

If that thought has gone through your head lately, maybe after a launch that landed with a quiet thud, or maybe as the reason you keep putting off creating a digital offer at all, I want you to read this before you decide the moment has passed.

Because it hasn’t. Digital offers are not dead, not even a little. But the way most yoga teachers learned to build and sell them has stopped working, and once you can see why, the whole thing opens right back up.

“Nobody’s Buying Anymore” Is a Fear, Not a Fact

When an offer stops selling the way it used to, the story you tell yourself is brutal. You start to think maybe people just aren’t buying online anymore, or that you had your moment and it’s gone.

I know that story well, because I lived inside it in my own business. For years I had one premium program that everything pointed toward, and for a long time it sold beautifully. Then it started getting harder, and no amount of new curriculum or better funnels seemed to fix it.

It took me a while to work out what was really going on. And it turned out the problem was never that people had stopped buying. It was that the old way of selling had quietly expired.

What Actually Changed in the Online Yoga World

Think back to 2020 and 2021. Moving online was new, and if you had a Zoom class or a small course, that alone made you stand out. People signed up without needing much convincing.

Now, nearly every yoga teacher has a Zoom class, an on-demand library, or a membership. What used to be remarkable is completely standard, and your potential student also has YouTube, apps, and a hundred free options a thumb-swipe away.

So a general offer just doesn’t convert the way it once did. “Yoga classes online” or “a membership with lots of lovely content” isn’t a strong enough reason to buy anymore, because there is already an ocean of exactly that, and much of it is free.

The Demand for Yoga Didn’t Die, It Got More Specific

Here is the good news, and it is genuinely good news. The demand for what you do is not gone. If anything it is bigger than it has ever been. It simply evolved into something more specific.

People are still looking for help. But they are not lying awake at night scrolling because they want to get more spiritual. The woman you could genuinely help is awake at 2am because she cannot sleep through the night in menopause. She is stressed to the point of snapping at her partner, and she hates who she becomes when she feels like that. She wants to feel strong in her body again, the way she did before the kids.

That demand is real and urgent. It just does not come dressed up in yoga language.

Nobody Wakes Up Wanting to Connect With Their Highest Self

This is where so many talented yoga teachers get stuck. You describe your work the way you experience it from the inside, as spirituality, self-love, connection. All of that is true for you, but it is not how the person you help thinks about her own problem.

Nobody wakes up thinking “I need to connect with my highest self.” She thinks “I’m so exhausted I can’t get through my day.”

So here is the one shift to take from this and use this week. Start with the real, lived problem, described in the exact words your student would use out loud.

Before you build anything or touch any tech, think about who you most love to help. Then write down, word for word, the sentence that person would say about her problem to a friend over coffee. Not your language for it. Hers.

Something like “since having kids I don’t even know who I am anymore,” or “I know there’s more for me but I’m stuck in survival mode.” That sentence is the seed of an offer people actually buy, because when the right person reads it back, something in her goes, oh, that’s me. And that quiet “that’s me” is where everything begins.

Real Examples of Digital Offers From Yoga Teachers

This does not have to be complicated. Say you help busy mums who are fried by the middle of the afternoon. Your free offer could be a five-minute audio she can use the moment her stress spikes. It is so simple and specific that it is an easy yes, and now she is on your email list. From there, a small mini course of short practices she can do in the school-run gap, priced at around $37, practically sells itself.

And this is exactly what my students are doing. One runs a course called Flex and Flow Mobility Jumpstart for $37, a simple movement program to release stubborn hip and back pain so she can move through her day without stiffness slowing her down. Another built a mini course just for lower back pain, also $37, with short four-minute exercises that fit into a normal daily routine.

A third created one called Strong After 50 for $27, five short yoga classes for busy women over fifty who want to feel stronger and full of energy again, twenty minutes at a time, from home, with no equipment needed. Notice how with each one, you can tell exactly who it is for and exactly what it does. That clarity is the whole thing.

Here is the part that unsticks a lot of people. A small offer like this does not take months to create, and it does not need a big, exhausting launch. You just make it and put it out there.

That is perfect if you are not a hundred percent sure yet what your niche is, or what people will really pay for. A small offer lets you test it in the real world. You watch what people actually buy, and they show you where to go next.

You will learn far more from one little offer that real people respond to than from months spent planning the perfect thing in your head.

Why Yoga Teachers Are Early, Not Late

If part of you still worries it is too late, look at what is selling in the wider online business world right now. It is full of small, specific offers, a little course on how to create a low-ticket offer, a mini course on Instagram stories that sell, a $37 thing that solves one clear problem. That whole industry has already made this shift.

In yoga and wellness, it has barely arrived. Most of the space is still selling general memberships and unspecific class libraries. Which means the model that is already proven elsewhere is wide open in yours.

Think about it from the point of view of someone who just found you. She is not going to commit to a vague, ongoing yoga membership from a stranger. But a five-day “finally sleep through the night again” course for $27, from someone who clearly understands her exact problem? That is an easy yes.

When you start by solving a real problem, build a small offer around it, and connect the pieces, the whole business gets easier. Your content brings the right person in. Your freebie gives her a taste and moves her onto your list. Your emails build the relationship and point her toward your offer.

I have a student who already had all of these pieces. She had the followers, the freebie, and a course sitting there, but nothing was connected, so every month felt like starting from zero. I did not have her make anything new. She simply connected what she already had, ran a 48-hour flash sale to the audience she already had, and made $588 from twelve sales.

So no, digital offers are not dead. The 2021 version is dead. The general, sell-it-hard version is dead.

Ready to Build Your Own?

If you are ready to build the connected version and stop hustling into the void, come and do it with me.

I’m running a free four-day live challenge called the $1K Honey Flow Challenge, from August 10th to 13th, 2026. Over those four days we will map out the online business you actually want, nail down a mini course your ideal student cannot wait to buy, create content and a freebie that lead people toward it, and lay out your roadmap for the next twelve months. It is free, it is live, and it is the doing-it-with-you version of everything above.
