I'm Susanne!

hey there

Small low-ticket offers — things you sell for $27, $37, maybe $47 — have become one of the most sustainable parts of my business.

Not because they’re about quick money.

(They’re not)

But because they build trust.

When someone buys a small digital offer from you and actually uses it, you’re no longer just someone they follow or listen to. They’ve experienced what it’s like to learn from you. And that changes the relationship.

It also means you’re building an audience of buyers, not just consumers. People who already feel safe investing in your work. So when you later invite them into your signature group program, or a higher-level container like a retreat, that next step feels much more natural.

That’s why I made this a big focus in 2025 — and why I’m continuing to focus on it this year as well. A small digital offer can quietly do a lot of the work for you in the background, without constant launching and without having to sell all the time.

But the big question always is:

How do you choose the right idea?

If You Feel Stuck on Your Offer Idea, You’re Not Alone

If you’re a yoga teacher and you’ve been thinking about creating a small low-ticket offer, but you feel completely stuck on what to create, I want you to know this is incredibly common.

Most people don’t get stuck on the tech or the sales page. They get stuck right at the beginning, asking themselves:

“What should I even create?”

And very often, the conclusion is:

“I think I just need a better idea.”

The Myth: “I Just Need a Better Idea”

There’s a myth I see again and again when it comes to small digital offers. The idea that if you could just find the right idea, everything would fall into place. That once you land on the perfect topic, selling will suddenly feel easy.

But in reality, small digital offers rarely fail because the idea itself is bad.

They fail because the idea is too broad.

Things like yoga for pain, yoga for stress, nutrition for energy, or feeling better in your body all come from a good place — but they’re not specific enough for someone to make a decision.

And yes, sometimes you don’t get it right the first time. I’m not selling my very first low-ticket offer anymore either, because it’s no longer aligned with my offer suite. That happens. You learn, you adjust, and you move forward.

What People Are Actually Buying

When someone buys a small digital offer, they’re not buying your whole philosophy or your years of training.

They’re buying help with something very specific that’s bothering them right now. Something they want relief from. Something they want clarity around.

That’s why “I need a better idea” is usually not the truth.

What’s actually needed is a clearer idea.

What a Small Digital Offer Really Is

A small digital offer is not a mini version of your signature program. And it’s not the place where you put everything you know.

It’s not about proving how much value you can deliver.

A small digital offer is an entry point. It’s a way for someone to say, “Let me try this. This feels manageable. This feels doable.”

And the clearer that entry point is, the easier it is for someone to say yes.

A Simple Framework for Choosing the Right Idea

There’s a very simple framework I come back to over and over again when it comes to offer ideas — even though it’s not always easy to apply.

One problem.

One person.

One clear outcome.

As a yoga teacher, this can feel uncomfortable. You’re used to holding space for complexity and seeing the whole picture. This asks you to narrow your focus and commit to one thing.

Choose One Clear Problem (Zoom In, Don’t Generalize)

A small digital offer solves one problem — not a whole category of problems.

“Yoga for pain” is a category. Pain where? Pain from what? Pain for whom?

But when someone says, “My lower back hurts every time I get out of bed,” or “I feel exhausted all the time and nothing seems to help,” that’s a real, tangible problem.

A helpful question to ask yourself is:

What do people complain about without even realizing they’re asking for help?

That’s often where your best offer ideas live.

Choose One Person (Why Narrowing Is a Strength)

This is where resistance usually shows up.

“But this could help so many people.”

And that’s true. But clarity comes from choosing one person to speak to — not everyone who might benefit.

Not “anyone who resonates.”

Not “women who need yoga.”

One real person in one specific situation. A yoga student dealing with sciatica. Someone who’s constantly exhausted and doesn’t understand why. A pregnant student who wants to move safely and feel supported in her body.

You’re not excluding others by doing this. You’re helping the right person recognize themselves and feel understood. And that’s essential.

Choose a Clear Outcome (Small, Tangible Wins)

A small digital offer isn’t about promising a huge life transformation.

It’s about a quick, tangible win. Less pain. Better sleep. More stable energy. Feeling confident about what to do instead of guessing.

If someone can imagine their life being just a little bit easier after using your offer, you’re on the right track.

Turning Broad Ideas into Clear, Sellable Offers

Let’s make this concrete.

A broad idea like yoga for pain could mean anything. But when you turn it into something like The Back Pain Breakthrough Protocol: a complete system for sciatica relief, it suddenly becomes clear who it’s for, what problem it solves, and what someone can expect.

Or take nutrition for energy. Very broad. But when it becomes The 7-Day Fatigue Fix, someone can immediately think, “Yes. That’s exactly what I need right now.”

This is what clarity looks like in practice.

If you’re feeling stuck right now, stop asking yourself what you should create.

Instead, ask:

What is one problem I already know how to help with, for one specific person, with one clear outcome?

That’s where small digital offers that actually sell come from.
