October 2021 I launched my premium group coaching program. Fast forward to today, and I’ve successfully filled over 50 spots. How did I manage to do that? In this episode I’m going to break it down for you.

#1 My High-Ticket Program
I started my business back in 2016 when I launched my first online course, Yogis Go Digital, and like many of us, I had my fair share of struggles. For the first three years, I undervalued my expertise and underpriced my services.
Things changed when I created my first premium online course that I sold for $1000 and had my first 30k launch. However, what frustrated me was that sometimes I never heard from my students after they purchased; they just disappeared. I craved working with my students in a deeper way.
Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of high-ticket programs, I knew I wanted to offer something similar. So, I repackaged my existing offers into my new high-ticket program, the Blissful Biz Incubator, and added support and 1:1 calls.
#2 The Mindset Work to Sell High-Ticket Offers
The truth is, when I started my business, I wasn’t ready to charge high-ticket prices. It took getting in the room with people who did it, who shared their results, for me to step up into my power.
One tip that I learned from Mariah Coz is to stay out of your customer’s wallet. Not everybody in your audience can afford your premium program, and that’s fine. But some people are looking for more support, a bigger transformation, and they are ready to invest.
#3 Launching my High-Ticket Program
In my first launch of the Blissful Biz Incubator, I sold three spots. It wasn’t what I was hoping for, but it was a start. It was a soft launch to my existing audience; I didn’t run any ads, and it was just one masterclass that people needed to apply for.
Although I didn’t get as many sales as I had hoped for, it was validated. I had three amazing women to work with, and I put my program on evergreen right away.
I have a sales page/application page with all the information about the program and a link to apply, which is a simple form with just a few questions. When someone applies, I either accept or reject the application, and they get added to an email sequence and get access to the private training that I re-recorded for my evergreen funnel.
I follow up with them via DMs or text, normally sending a voice message to start a conversation. I don’t have mandatory sales calls, but I offer people who applied to book a call with me to get their questions answered. This feels aligned and empowering to me.
Most of my sales happen when I’m running content events, from single masterclasses to 3-day boot camps. All of my events are smaller, intimate, and I like that.
For example, let’s look at 2022:
January: 2-Day Content Event – 5 sales
February: 4 sales
March: 3 sales
April: 1 sale
May: Masterclass – 3 Sales
June: 1 Sale
July: 0 sales
August: 1 sale
September: 2-Day Content Event -1 sale
October: 4 sales
November: Masterclass – 0 sales
December: 3 sales
26 sales in total that year!
In 2023 it was similar, I hosted 2 bigger events and 3 live masterclasses.
#4 Playing The Long Game
Playing the long game is my secret to success. I believe in building product awareness and getting known for that one thing. Here’s what I recommend: launch one premium offer, grow this into a six-figure offer, and only then think about adding more things.
