Have you ever found yourself caught in the endless cycle of launching? The excitement and adrenaline of open cart week, followed by complete exhaustion once it’s over—only to realize you need to start planning the next launch soon?
That was my reality for years. Each launch felt like this monumental push—exciting but draining. And when it was over, I’d take a much-needed break… and then start all over again.
Eventually, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. I didn’t want to build a business that only generated income during those short, intense periods. I wanted consistency. Stability. A business that could support me even when I wasn’t in “launch mode.”
Today, I want to share the sales engine I built that now sells my courses every single day—without the constant hustle of traditional launches.
Why Traditional Launching Wasn’t Sustainable for Me
Let’s be honest: launching can be effective. When done well, a live launch creates excitement, urgency, and often results in a nice influx of sales.
But there were several problems with relying solely on this model:
- The income roller coaster—big spikes during launch periods followed by little to nothing in between
- The mental and emotional exhaustion that came after each launch
- The pressure to make each launch “bigger” than the last
- The constant feeling that I needed to be “on” and visible
I realized I needed a system that could work for me even when I wasn’t actively promoting or selling—something sustainable that would create consistency without burning me out.
The Three Core Elements of My Sales Engine
After years of trial and error, I’ve developed what I call my “Blissful Biz Sales Engine.” It consists of three essential components that work together to create a steady flow of customers and sales.
1. An Aligned Offer Suite
At the center of everything is your signature program—a premium offer that delivers significant transformation and solves a meaningful problem for my audience.
This isn’t just any course or program. It’s carefully designed to be the core of my business, priced to reflect the value it provides (at least $1,000), and structured to deliver real results.
For example, if you’re a yoga teacher, this might be a comprehensive 12-week program helping women in perimenopause build a sustainable home practice that supports their nervous system and hormone health. It’s not a random collection of classes but a clear journey with a strong promise.
Everything else in your business—your content, your free resources, and your smaller offers—should naturally guide people toward this signature experience.
2. A Low-Ticket Sales Funnel
The second crucial element is a low-ticket offer that serves as an accessible entry point into your world.
In my business, I run Facebook and Instagram ads to this small, valuable product. It gives new audience members a quick win while introducing them to my teaching style and approach.
Here’s a real example from my business: In March, my low-ticket funnel generated just under $4,000 in sales. I spent nearly the same amount on ads as I was still optimizing them. But—and this is the important part—I made almost $6,000 from people who joined my Blissful Biz Academy and other courses after first purchasing the low-ticket offer.
That’s where the true value of this system lies. The low-ticket funnel isn’t just about those initial sales—it’s about creating a path that leads people to your premium offers.
Alternatively, you could build your system around a high-converting free training. Instead of a typical lead magnet like a PDF or checklist, offer a mini-workshop where you teach something valuable, demonstrate your unique method, and position your signature program as the logical next step.
3. Your Authority Channel
The final piece—and perhaps more important than ever in today’s digital landscape—is what I call your “authority channel.”
We’re currently experiencing what I consider a trust recession. People are skeptical. They’ve purchased courses that didn’t deliver. They’ve been promised results that never materialized. And with AI-generated content flooding the internet, people are craving authenticity more than ever.
Your job is to consistently show up as YOU.
For me, that means this podcast. It means face-to-camera videos. It means emails that actually say something meaningful. It means storytelling and providing genuine value before asking for anything in return.
All of these efforts build the trust necessary for someone to invest in your offerings—especially higher-ticket ones. If you’re not seeing the conversions you want, look at how you’re showing up and building trust with your audience.
How These Elements Work Together
When you combine these three components—your signature offer, your low-ticket funnel, and your trust-building authority content—you create a system that doesn’t rely on big launches. Instead, it works continuously, bringing in new leads and converting them into customers at every stage of their journey.
For many of my students, especially yoga teachers, this means instead of scrambling to fill a retreat or promote random classes, they’re building long-term offers that bring in consistent income. They’re creating content with confidence because they know exactly where it’s leading. And they’re seeing sign-ups come in even when they’re teaching, traveling, or taking time off.
It’s not just about the funnel—it’s about what it allows you to do and the freedom it creates in your business and life.
Starting Your Own Sales Engine
Now, I want to be completely transparent: I didn’t wake up one day with this entire system perfectly in place. It took time, learning, and plenty of adjustments along the way.
I had to improve my copywriting skills, get comfortable with paid advertising, simplify my offers, and stop overcomplicating my messaging. Perhaps hardest of all, I had to let go of the belief that constant visibility equals success.
If you’re looking to build your own sales engine, here’s where I recommend starting:
- Create your signature program that offers a real transformation
- Pre-sell it with a live content event like a masterclass on Zoom
- Get your first clients, even if it’s just a small group
- Turn that live masterclass into an evergreen lead magnet
- Set up your evergreen sales funnel behind it
Then, whenever you create content, guide your audience to your free training. Once they watch it, they receive an invitation to your now-evergreen program—available all the time, not just during launch periods.
Remember: You don’t need to have all of this in place immediately. Start where you are, learn as you go, make adjustments, and keep moving forward. Your sales engine will evolve and improve over time.
The Freedom a Sales Engine Creates
What I love most about this system is the freedom and stability it provides. I’m still showing up, still creating content, still serving my audience—but the pressure to be everywhere, every day has eased considerably.
My business continues to grow even when I’m not actively selling. New people find me through my ads and funnel. My community on Skool is becoming more vibrant every week. And most importantly, I have the mental space to focus on creating better content and serving my existing customers at a higher level.
That’s the kind of business I want for you, too—one that feels spacious and steady, that grows with you rather than at your expense.
