Your audience will only pay for something if they think it solves a need or desire. It’s not enough to create something you’re passionate about if your audience doesn’t need or want it.
Start by thinking about your potential customers, not your expertise or passions. What problems do they have related to your niche? Write them all down – health crises, relationship issues, confidence struggles, career burnout, sleep issues, and so on.
Next, look at that list and pick the problems you feel most passionate about solving. Then figure out the solution you can offer for each of those problems.
Creating an Irresistible Offer
Your offer should be an irresistible deal that solves your customer’s biggest frustration and pain points. Think about the transformation and complete vision you can provide.
For example, “The Ageless Living Mastery – A 6-month total life rejuvenation experience to help yoga practitioners over 50 reclaim a fluid, strong and fulfilling life.” This solves the pain of losing vitality with age through yoga, coaching, nutrition and a revolutionary lifestyle overhaul.
Once you have a great concept, design the deliverables, choose a name and price, create a sales page, and build momentum for your launch through tactics like a free masterclass.
Launch and Iterate
When you launch, the easiest approach is to deliver your program live week-by-week at first. Or pre-record content and drip it out module-by-module. Adjust and get feedback from your first customers to keep improving your offer over time.
Failed launches happen, even to successful entrepreneurs. Use those as learning experiences and keep iterating. The sooner you start, the sooner you can get customer feedback and refine your offer into something irresistible.
